The first sight of the monster on shore seemed more funny than terrifying, due to it's movement which could only be described as "galumphing". I agree that there is a lot to enjoy about this film. I was kind of surprised that I was the only person in the theater who let out a cheer when the monster was killed. I guess Santa Cruzans are too sophisticated... Saw “The Host” yesterday.
