The majority of small, mom-and-pop restaurants don't have the slightest idea about a salient business plan which includes, without saying, a study of the demographics of the area, a five-year forecast, well-designed tasty recipes. By writing an honest review, I believe that you do a favor not only for the prospective diners who should receive good food for their dollars, but also for the owners.
