But I think you might have been expecting too much from "Bourne."  This IS Robert Ludlum, after all. Not Gustave Flaubert. The whole point is just to strap yourself in and submit. Surrender. Go with it.

					<description>Good grief, I couldn't disagree more about this movie. It is another "been there, done that", with the exception of the seamless special effects. The storyline was stereotypical action movie. I thought that the fabulous acting put out by Allen and Strathairn (don't forget Albert F.) was a grand waste. At every turn, and there were many, I kept hoping for a gratuitous cameo shot of Daniel Craig in his short shorts.</description>
