The winter squash soup and prawns with orzo were beyond reproach. The pork tenderloin and mushroom bread pudding were both excellent and the trout was just sublime. For desert we had almond tort and chocolate souffle - yum. The service was very good and the food thoughtfully and well prepared. Same quality Oswald different location. I live in Oakland where there are several fine restaurants. I have one favorite restaurant in the Oakland area and I have Oswald in Santa Cruz. Can't wait to drive down for lunch soon!
