					<description>Over 20 years ago, I bused tables at India Joze, and lived with my boyfriend who was one of the head chefs there. Lucky for me we broke up, or I would never have stopped eating! I also remember going to Joe's house for parties--he could have almost nothing in his refrigerator and like magic, create a gourmet feast!
