Not just the rose petal sauce, but the Chiles Nogada, Squash Blossoms and Huitlacoche were just awesome, and you can't get them elsewhere as far as I know. There's a rumor on Yelp that the Taqueria that is going in might hire the cooks from before. I hope it is true, but without the owners I doubt it would work -- the place was clearly a labor of love. Yes, Fiesta Tepa Sahuayo will be sorely missed. As of two weeks ago, Theo's was live and kicking and had just hired a new head chef. Sadly, I can't remember her name. They also have plans to open for a regular Sunday brunch.
