					<description>Yes, Fiesta Tepa Sahuayo will be sorely missed. Not just the rose petal sauce, but the Chiles Nogada, Squash Blossoms and Huitlacoche were just awesome, and you can't get them elsewhere as far as I know. 

There's a rumor on Yelp that the Taqueria that is going in might hire the cooks from before. I hope it is true, but without the owners I doubt it would work -- the place was clearly a labor of love.</description>

As of two weeks ago, Theo's was live and kicking and had just hired a new head chef.  Sadly, I can't remember her name.  They also have plans to open for a regular Sunday brunch.</description>
