					<description>Great to hear that Joze might "rise from the ashes".  I hope Chef Schultz focuses heavily on the small dishes of the areas of his culinary expertise.  Whole meals made up of free-floating little plates, yes.  A street-food paradise under one roof.  The day of the extended big meal are nearing an end.  Many of us like to stop in for something quick and small, but real and not generic.  Keep the per-turn costs low Joe, ie.  paper naps, no tablecloths, etc.  Think: a tapas bar/cafe with Joze style ... no big deal to drop in and enjoy w/o fuss.  Best wishes on this.</description>
