Ah! Gabriella Cafe – I can’t decide which is more stimulating….the enticing cuisine, or the ever bemused less-is-more attitude of the owner/maitre d’ Paul Cocking. And has he really been married 5 times!!!

Who cares about number of partners. What matters is the quality of the restaurant and thanks to PC who dared to come to Santa Cruz 4 years after the town was leveled, we have a dining scene here in SC.. He brought us simple organic farm fresh superior food well before anyone would come downtown and take the risk. We owe him a big thank-you.
