Cold weather, warm flavors. If you sip something at O’mei’s front bar these days, you might be tempted by a new slew of tiny Asian tapas. We like the little bites involving bacon and potatoes, even a comforting cube of omelet.
This particular dish offers peppers, squash and bacon. Perfect with a glass of Ahlgren Semillon.
Thanks C. for prompting my memory regarding O’mei a while back. I hadn’t eaten there for years and returned to enjoy some delicious food and very friendly and caring service. After at least a half dozen return visits I remain very impressed. It’s a shame such a long lived establishment producing such a good product gets so little attention, especially when their standards have remained so high for so long, not an easy thing to do in the restaurant business.
